Jordan Benn.

Jordan Benn believes that collective well-being is our most valuable asset. He began practicing meditation as a teenager to soothe anxiety, and, since embracing a lifestyle centered in stillness, has transformed his holistic health for the better. Inspired by his own personal healing, Jordan has dedicated his career to sharing well-being practices with youth and families.

Holding a business degree from The Ohio State University and certifications in mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork, Jordan designs impactful well-being solutions that empower both human potential and organizational growth. He has collaborated with school systems, juvenile halls, universities, and grassroots nonprofits to provide young people with tools to cultivate a sense of safety and empowerment in their minds and bodies.

When he’s not working, Jordan enjoys spending time in nature, collecting vinyl records, and practicing martial arts- activities that keep him rooted in joy, power, and presence.
