Before becoming a Robin coach, Tara Karch spent 14 years in education as an elementary school teacher with a passion for her students’ mental and emotional well-being. Meditation, breathing, gratitude, mindful movement, and kindness exercises were some of the tools she implemented in order to enhance her students’ well-being and academic success. Tara was chosen as Teacher of The Year twice and also served on the Social Emotional Learning Leadership team. In addition, Tara is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, as well as a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Level 2 Reiki Practitioner with hundreds of hours of training in mind-body wellness.
